Services & pricing
Nine services. One flat price each. No hourly guessing.
Landing Page Build
A single, focused page designed and built to convert — copy structure, responsive layout, and a working contact path.
Performance & SEO Audit + Fixes
A full pass over your existing site's Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and structured data, with the fixes applied — not just a report.
API Integration
One third-party API or tool wired into your existing product and tested against real data, not just the sandbox docs.
Design System Starter
A working set of reusable components — buttons, forms, cards, navigation — documented so your next hire can pick it up.
CMS Setup & Migration
Your content moved into a CMS your team can actually update without calling us, with redirects handled so nothing breaks.
Ongoing Retainer
A standing block of monthly support hours for fixes, small builds, and the next round of iteration once real users show up.
Multi-Page Website
A full site — up to five pages — designed and built as one connected product, not five disconnected templates.
E-commerce Storefront Build
A storefront built to actually sell — product pages, cart, and checkout flow, wired to the payment processor of your choice.
Web App MVP Build
The core flow of your product, shipped — not a prototype. Real auth, real data, a version you can put in front of users.
How it works
From intake call to shipped build.
Intake Call
You tell us what you're building and what's blocking you. We tell you honestly if it's a fit.
Fixed Quote
A written price and scope for the specific service you need — no hourly guessing, no scope that quietly grows.
Build
We build in short visible loops, with working checkpoints instead of one big reveal at the end.
QA & Review
Tested against real devices and edge cases, then reviewed with you before anything ships.
Handoff
Documentation, source files, and a support window — you own what we built, fully.
7-day satisfaction window on every service.
Tell us within 7 days if something's off. We'll fix it, or work out a partial refund based on the work completed — full terms in our Refund Policy.
Why BuildFormdev
BuildFormdev vs. a freelancer vs. a big agency.
Before you ask
Frequently asked questions.
Every service on our Services page is priced flat, up front — you know the total before anything starts, no hourly ticking clock.
Turnaround is listed next to each service — most single deliverables land in 5–14 business days, larger builds run 3–4 weeks.
Every service includes room for revisions as part of the fixed price — we'll flag anything that's genuinely a new scope before starting it.
Access to any existing accounts or assets, one point of contact who can answer questions during the build, and sign-off at the agreed checkpoints.
Full terms live in our Refund Policy — tell us within 7 days if something is off and we will fix it or work out a partial refund based on the work completed.
Yes — most projects end up as two or three services from the list run back to back. Mention it on the intake call and we'll quote the combined scope.
About us
Flat pricing, a small team, and no account managers.
BuildFormdev started when Anyssa Wright got tired of quoting web work by the hour and watching scopes drift until nobody remembered the original number. Flat pricing per service was the fix — you know the cost before anything starts, and so do we.
The studio is based in Seaman, Ohio, and stays small on purpose. Every project still runs through the same three people — no account manager layer between you and the person actually writing the code.
We build with plain, current tools rather than whatever framework is trending, because you'll be the one maintaining this after we hand it off. Boring and reliable beats clever and fragile.
Who you'll actually work with
Anyssa Wright
The person who quotes the work and the person who builds it — same person, every time.
Micah Sorensen
Handles the interface and design-system work before a line of production code gets written.
Renata Fields
Runs every build through real devices and a Core Web Vitals pass before handoff.
Client reviews
What it's like once a service actually starts.
“The quote matched the invoice exactly — no surprise line items, no scope conversations after the fact.”
“We had a working MVP in under a month and Anyssa was reachable the entire time, not routed through a ticket system.”
“The performance audit alone fixed load times we'd been fighting for a year.”
“Documentation was clean enough that our own engineers picked up the codebase in a day.”
